Olivine basalt intruded into the Izumi Group (Cretaceous) in Misaki Town, Osaka Prefecture, Japan. It is characterized by the abundance of Lherzolite xenoliths. The phenocrysts are olivine and plagioclase. The ground mass also contains plagioclase, and olivinne. In the part of xenolith, there are many big size olivine crystals, among them, some orthpyroxenes are also seen having gray color and lateral cleavages.
